APM (Aspartame) is a kind of low calorie sweeteners made from natural amino acid, it has:
1. Natural nutrition, safe and reliable: APM can divide into amino acid for the absorption of human body. It is of high safety and is confirmed as A (1) class food additive by JECFA (the United States Joint Expert Committee on Food and Additives). Our national standard GB2760-96 doesn't limit its volume of addition.
2. Sweet savor and optimal taste quality: Compared with existing sweeteners, the taste quality of APM is most close to sucrose and does not take any different miscellaneous taste.
3. Health care efficacy: The sweetness of APM is 200 times that of refined sugar. Therefore, it can replace sucrose, avoid nutrition surplus and obesity and reduce the incidence of children's dental caries disease. In addition, APM is the most ideal sweetener for diabetics.

APM F series (FA50, FB50, FB100, FC30 and FD50 type) products are all refined composite sweeteners made from the foundational material of APM and the food additives that comply with national standard GB2760-96. These products all possess different sweetness and applications.

APM usage:
Beverage class: Sugar-free health drink can completely replace sucrose. According to the regulations of national standard GB10792-89, common drink can replace 60% of sucrose, namely, under the premise that minimum solid content is guaranteed, the rest of the sweetness can be supplemented with APM. For example, if a solid content of 4% must be guaranteed to prepare a ton of low sugar fruit drink, the same sweetness can be achieved simply by adding 40 kg sugar plus 1.2 kg APM of FA50 type (or FB50 type) or 0.6 kg of FB100 type, by which the sugar cost may reduce more than 45%.

Foodstuff grade: All or partly replace sucrose according to normal need; When needed, appropriate amount of thickening agent, emulsifier, filling agent (such as flour, maltodextrin, starch, etc) can be added in APM food to supplement the bulk and weight requirements of food.
